January 30 - The Team Representatives meetings for the upcoming Spring Season is set as follows:

Coed - Weds, Feb 22 at 630pm

Men's - Weds, Feb 22 at 830pm

Teams wishing to attend the meeting(s) must submit their $100 deposit prior to the meeting in order to have voting rights The meeting will be held at the Arena lounge - second floor of the Sportsplex Arena - 55 Duncan Street. January 16 - The WAH Coed Tourney will happen on Feb 18 & 19, the cost is $170 per team ( 4 game minimum). Individual signups are welcome. Please call Scott or James at 943-1162 or email sportsplex@yahoo.com .

January 9 - Mens teams are reminded to keep an eye on the tournament schedule in the lounge upstairs.

December 25 - Happy Holidays everyone!

December 18 - A reminder that the Coed schedule will be posted online by Dec 30th. Men's playoff matchups will be posted in the lounge, with games starting on the 29th.

December 11 - All Coed Teams can view their playoff schedules online on Dec 30th. Men's Teams must go to the Arena lounge and view their First play-offs games on Dec 29 and 30th. Mens will not be contacted and are responsible for getting their games at the arena on these dates. All Teams are reminded that all players must have 6 games played in order to qualify for Playoffs. As well, teams are responsible for paying any outstanding fines that occurred during the season.

December 4 - Ben Weissmann & Sheri Huetter would like to thank everyone at Duncan who supported their Nov 26th Wedding Social. The evening was a success and we could not have done it without your support. Thank you to all for selling/buying tickets, working the front door, donating gifts, or just coming to support us....we hope everyone had a great time!

September 18 - Statspeople are needed for various Coed divisions. Please see Scott or James in lounge or email Scott at sportsplex@yahoo.com  or call 943-1162. Teams are also needed to get their rosters in. Stats cannot be started until all rosters are in for the division. Men's Teams are also reminded that the limit for upper division players per team is set at 2 players on the Roster and 2 male players for Coed teams.

September 12 - Players needed! 3 Male players are needed for a Coed Sunday team, 2 Male players needed for a Mens G division team. If interested please see Scott or James in the lounge or call the league office at 943-1162 or E mail Scott at sportsplex@yahoo.com .

September 5 - The Winter schedule has be posted. Divisional alignments and stats will begin in the next 3 weeks.

August 4 - The Winter Season Team Representative Meeting will be held on Thursday September 1st for the following Divisions:

630 pm - Coed Division meeting

830 pm - Men's Division meeting

All Teams wishing to play this winter and/or to have voting rights at the meeting must have a $100.00 Deposit in prior to the beginning or the meeting. Even if teams can not make the meeting but would like to play in the Winter season a non refundable deposit must be submitted to the WAH prior to that Team being entered into the League Schedule Deadline Sept 2/11. The league shall begin play on September 11th (Sunday). All Teams should be prepared to play on this day The schedule will be posted online no later than September 6.

July 3 - Big thanks to all the stats volunteers for another great season. Congrats to the teams that won their divisions!

June 27 - Playoff results have been posted congratulations to all winners.

June 13 - Good luck to all team finalists this week!

June 6 - Don't forget to check the office for men's matchups. Also details on the 3-on-3 tournament have been posted in the announcements section.

May 28 - The Coed playoff schedule can be seen here.

May 23 - You must play 6 regular season games to be eligible for the playoffs. Your team may forfeit if an illegal player is found in a playoff game.

May 15 - If you see any errors in your team's standing, let your divisional administrator know.

May 8 - Anyone can be nominated for Player of the Week, even opposing team players. Keep that in mind if your team gets shut-down by a hot goalie.. or your team gets lit up!

May 2 - Is winter over yet?

April 24 - Remember to sign in for your game before the 3rd period starts!

April 17 - Are they coming back?

April 10 - The NHL playoffs start this week.. don't miss your ball hockey games!

April 3 - Remember to nominate any outstanding performances by your teammates in the office upstairs if you think they should be the Player of the Week!

March 27 - If you have any announcements for the league, send them to Scott.

March 20 - Thanks to all the volunteers doing stats this season. Don't forget to buy them beer!

March 13 - Get those rosters in if you haven't already!

March 6 - As agreed too at the latest Team Rep Meetings. Teams are now to submit their team Rosters at their first game to begin the season - failure to do so will result in a $10.00 fine per game that it is not handed in by. This is done to help the stats persons to get and provide timely stats for the season. Without this info then the stats may not be precise this also important to abide by MLCC and Building regulations.
